Crystal's simple explanations on what can be seen as quite complex areas around raw deserts have left me feeling extremely confident in not only exploring Crystal's recipes, but also creating my own. Not a problem! All live classes are professionally recorded with two camera angles, then edited to split the video into recipe components and uploaded into the Recipe Library within 48 hours. I want the replays super easy to watch just like they are pre-recorded, but you get the added value of student questions. 

As you're reading this there are 59 recipes in the Recipe Library and the number grows every month. We currently have recipes in the following categories:

This is separate from my other courses, and delivered in a fun and unique format. The on-demand recipe library is filled with the most popular recipes and videos from the raw dessert chef certification course including updated and new lessons, curriculum, and more. All the live classes have brand-new recipes outside of my other programs. There will also be new pre-recorded recipe videos being added throughout the year.

A must for any raw food dessert kitchen is a high-speed blender and food processor. A dehydrator is optional but recommended to make a lot of our garnishes and components such as the most delicious raw vegan jams! A full list along with recommendations is included in the club. 

Basic baking tools, including springform pans, piping bags, piping tips, cake boards, cake collars and other miscellaneous items. A full list of tools is included in the club. 

I use easy-to-source ingredients for most people around the world. I provide you with an extensive sourcing list for many regions around the world, with links to wholesale suppliers to save you money on ingredients. A substitution list is also provided in the course. I’m available to help you find a substitution if required.

Absolutely! I have designed the Raw Dessert Creators Club for all skill levels. Even if you’ve been in the raw dessert game for a while, you will learn something new!
