My path to becoming a recognized leader in the plant-based culinary world has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. Over the past 13+ years, I’ve had the joy of developing innovative raw food menus for cafes, designing and catering wellness retreats in Canada and Europe, and launching my own raw chocolate and dessert business—a creative and liberating adventure that blended artistry with health.
But my true passion? Helping others unlock their own creativity in the kitchen and feel their absolute best. Through raw food, I’ve seen firsthand how lives can be transformed—physically, emotionally, and creatively. That’s what drives me every single day.
My mission is to give you the tools, support, and inspiration to step into the kitchen with confidence, joy, and purpose—so you can nourish yourself and others with beautiful and healing food.
