My path to becoming a recognized leader in the plant-based culinary world has been both challenging and deeply rewarding. Over the past 13+ years, I’ve had the joy of developing innovative raw food menus for cafes, designing and catering wellness retreats in Canada and Europe, and launching my own raw chocolate and dessert business—a creative and liberating adventure that blended artistry with health.

Not a problem! You can submit questions beforehand and have Chef Crystal answer them during the call. All calls are recorded and uploaded into the course within 48 hours so that you can watch the replay anytime.

Although the recipes are AHMAZING (elevated everyday recipes), they are not the whole focus. Six Weeks to Raw is a structured transformation with hands-on coaching, skill-building, and long-term value. Weeks 3, 4, 5, and 6 are the recipe weeks with five full recipes on the menu. Some recipes can have 2 to 6 recipe components in each individual video lesson. Imagine all the techniques you'll learn in the 80+ videos in the course.

When you join, you’ll receive a complete equipment and tools checklist, including my personal brand recommendations and budget-friendly options. This way, you’ll feel confident and prepared from the start—no guesswork is required.

We focus on easy-to-source, whole-food, plant-based and gluten-free ingredients that support your health and taste amazing. You’ll be working with a variety of raw vegan staples such as:

  • Cold-pressed oils (used minimally)

While nut-free recipe options are included, many recipes in the course use nuts. By enrolling, you agree to work with the ingredients outlined above as the foundation of your training.
